Once services have been purchased, no refunds are available.
All users are required to respect the privacy of any client, including with regard to treatment of email addresses or other personal information submitted as part of a survey. Email addresses and comments must not be shared with any third party, including adding email addresses to mailing lists, without the permission of the owner of that information.
Access to the satisfaction surveys will only be posted with respect to the specific location(s) for which they have been configured.
Abuse of this website, or of the survey submission website, will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to impose reasonable limits on our services in order to protect against abusive behaviours.
While we strive for site availability at all times, we reserve a maintenance window from midnight until noon on Sundays (Eastern time). If you require a Service Level Agreement (SLA), please contact us in advance. Otherwise, no SLA is guaranteed.
In the event of any dispute, it shall be resolved in the city of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. In no case shall any award exceed the price paid for one month of service.
